Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until a dough forms.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
While the biscuits bake, prepare the strawberries by slicing them and sprinkling with a little sugar to release their juices.
Once the biscuits are done, split them in half and top with the sweetened strawberries and whipped cream, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to add a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top for an extra treat!
