Ingredients
  

  • Bisquick Mix
  • 2 ⅓ cups Bisquick mix
  • Milk
  • ½ cup milk
  • Sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Butter
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • Strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While the biscuits bake, prepare the strawberries by slicing them and sprinkling with a little sugar to release their juices.
  • Once the biscuits are done, split them in half and top with the sweetened strawberries and whipped cream, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top for an extra treat!
