Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into thin rounds. You can use a mandoline slicer for even slices!
Place the potato slices in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss them well to coat each slice.
In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Add cayenne pepper if you want extra heat!
