Ingredients
  

Potatoes

  • 4 medium potatoes sliced thinly
  • Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the potatoes as thinly as possible using a mandolin or sharp knife.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss them gently to coat with the sour cream mixture.
  • Spread the coated potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These chips are perfect on their own, but you can also serve them with a side of your favorite dip!
