Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the potatoes as thinly as possible using a mandolin or sharp knife.
In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss them gently to coat with the sour cream mixture.
Spread the coated potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
